Invent optical instrument \ photoelectric detection technologies and equipments \ mechanical-electrical integration technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights which meet the market. Through the transfer of technology, technical cooperation and other means to achieve industrialization, which enhances cooperation between enterprises and schools to rise the core technology and product competition, furthermore to enhance their strength in science and technology, also it provides a good development platform for fostering technology applications talents much needed for the market. It can be said that the joint laboratory will be a great promotion in the innovation for the cooperation of the two sides.
